Teeth cleaning with brush and paste
Teeth should be cleaned with brush and paste at least twice a day for two minutes each time, by following these steps:
Use a soft-bristled brush.
Put an appropriate amount of toothpaste on the special brush.
Place the brush on the tooth so that its bristles form a 45-degree angle with the gum line.
Move the brush in other places with the need to repeat the previous steps.
Brushing the place of chewing food back and forth, and trying to reach the back of the mouth.
If a person forgets to brush his teeth with toothpaste, it is possible to clean them at the same time with salt water.
Note: It is indicated that swallowing a little toothpaste is not harmful to health.
Electric toothbrushing
An electric toothbrush is used for dental care, and to ensure good results, it should be used as follows:
Place the brush on the surface of the tooth.
Keep it in the same place for three seconds.
Follow the curve of the tooth surface, and brush it.
Transfer the brush to the next tooth.
Move the brush to the inner, outer, and chewing surfaces.
Dental flossing
Teeth should be flossed at least once a day, and this is done through the following steps:
Take a suitable thread, wrap it around the middle fingers, and support it with the two thumbs.
Gently insert the floss between the teeth, gently moving it side to side.
Use another area of floss, provided that it is clean, and brush the teeth with it again.
Teeth cleaning in a natural way
Teeth can be cleaned using the following natural methods:
Put a little baking soda on the toothbrush, then brush the teeth as usual for two minutes.
Take a piece of banana peel, and rub it gently around the teeth for about two minutes, as it contains high amounts of potassium, magnesium, and manganese, which remove stains and whiten teeth.
Mix apple cider vinegar with water, then rinse the mouth and rinse for one minute, because the acidity of apple cider vinegar removes stains and improves the general health of the mouth.
Leave the orange peel on the teeth for 3-5 minutes, as the orange contains a natural compound called limonene, which is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
