Peeling facial
Facial peeling is the removal of the damaged upper layer of the skin, so that another layer appears newer and more youthful, but its results depend on the depth of the peeling and the concentration of the chemicals used. Recovery, medium peeling that affects the dermis layer, which is the upper layer of the skin, and deep peeling, which is mostly chemical peeling that penetrates two layers of the dermis, and needs time to heal, causes pain, and can cause complications. Excessive sun, acne scars, severe skin discoloration.
chemical facial peeling
This type of peeling can be obtained with the help of a doctor, and the process is carried out through:
 Thoroughly clean the skin.
Applying one or more chemical solutions to the skin, such as: glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, and carbonic acid known as phenol, so that these solutions scrape the skin, thus allowing new skin to grow.
Some burning may be felt for fifteen minutes during peeling, and this feeling can be overcome by using cold compresses, or through analgesic medication during or after peeling.
Natural facial peeling
Natural exfoliation removes dead skin layers, improves blood circulation in the skin, cleans pores, and gives the skin a healthy glow. This peeling can be done with ingredients found at home, including:
Yogurt:
Yogurt contains lactic acid, a hydroxy acid found in skin care treatments, but its concentration is very light, and therefore it is gentle on the skin, and suitable for any type, and it can be used on the face and body by placing it on the face, leaving it for twenty minutes, then rinsing it.
Baking soda:
Medical treatments for the skin contain sodium bicarbonate, which is the same as baking soda. To use this substance to exfoliate the face, a teaspoon is added to the morning facial cleanser.
