 A quarter cup of fresh coffee.
A quarter of a cup of milk.
Two tablespoons each of organic wheat germ and organic honey.
 1 tablespoon of organic grape seed oil.

How to prepare:
Put the ingredients in a large bowl, where add milk, organic grape oil, honey, egg whites, and mix well.
Slowly add the coffee and wheat germ, being careful not to freeze or clot the mixture.
