Ingredients: 

Two tablespoons of extra-virgin coconut oil. 
Two tablespoons of baking soda.
 One tablespoon or half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. 
10-15 drops of peppermint oil, which can be added optionally. 

Preparation method:

 Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients together with a non-metallic spoon, to get a smooth paste.
