Blow-dry method for coarse hair
Blowdryer
Blow-dry is one of the ways to soften coarse hair with heat, and this method certainly has a set of steps, divided into before, during and after the blow-dry. It becomes coarser and drier.
The right way to blow-dry
Before the blowdry
It is best to apply an oil or cream bath before the blowdry, as these substances protect the natural oils in the hair from volatilization when hot air is near the hair, and add to the hair a smoother texture and a more beautiful look.
Apply the blow-dry cream to your hair before you start using it, but be sure to put a small amount of it on your wet hair.
It is best for you to choose a blow dryer with a power of three thousand volts, as this power enables you to comb your hair easily, and adds a soft texture to it.
You should wash your hair well before using the blow-dry and make sure it is dried well.
Be careful not to use a blowdryer when your hair is completely dry, as this method will expose your hair strands to burn. Part your hair using a fine-handled comb, into small strands, and use plastic clips to separate the strands.
Blow-dry
Keep the blow-dryer facing down, and keep it in this direction always, and avoid hitting it in your face or ears, so as not to burn yourself with its hot air.
Choose the brush that suits your hair in terms of density and length. Medium hair needs a medium-sized brush, while thick and long hair needs a large-sized brush, and a small brush is suitable for short hair.
Hold the brush and blowdry properly, that is, place it at the bottom of the hair strand, and also hold the blowdry from the middle
Give your hair several blows from the roots with hot air, until you reach its ends - these strokes should be light, and in this step the blow-dry should be above the brush, then repeat this step several times, and repeat more at the ends of the wrapped hair.
Repeat the previous step on all strands of your hair, except for the front.
Divide the front into three tufts, you should start from the back, and be sure to wrap the strand on the brush, directing light and successive blows from the hot air, and you should give your hair a while to cool down, by setting the blowdryer aside, and then repeating the previous step on the remaining two traits.
General Tips
After each blow-dry, wash your hair well and use an oil bath twice a week.
You should not use the hairdryer in the bathroom, to protect yourself from the risk of electrocution.
Beware of using the blowdryer permanently, as it causes damage and dryness as well as split ends, so it is best for you to use it on occasions only, and it is better for you to leave your hair to dry naturally, as this method will give you a more beautiful look.
